What if my display case/frame arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged parts and packaging.
For shipping damage, defective items, or incorrect products caused by us, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement part, replacement product, or refund according to the situation.
Is this display frame/case safe to stack or mount?
Yes. Our display cases are designed with stability and collector safety in mind. When stacking multiple cases, please place them on a flat, stable surface and make sure each case is properly aligned before adding the next one.
For wall-mounted display frames, we recommend installing them on a solid wall using the included mounting hardware. If you are mounting on drywall or plasterboard, please use suitable wall anchors and ensure the wall can support the total weight of the display and LEGO model.
Does the lighting include a power supply? What type of power source is required?
The LED lighting system does not include a built-in power adapter. It is equipped with a USB interface, allowing it to be powered conveniently through a power bank or a standard USB wall charger connected to a power outlet.
The lighting operates on a voltage requirement of 5V or higher. Please note that some battery packs or low-output power sources may not provide sufficient power, which can result in flickering or unstable lighting performance.

Does the display case include the LEGO model?
No. The LEGO model is not included.

Is the material dust-proof and clear enough for display?
