For non-quality-related returns, such as ordering the wrong item, wrong size/color, or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval, and if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or via international transfer.
