Return shipping responsibility
Within 30 days, if the return is due to quality-related issues, including but not limited to product defects, shipping damage, incorrect items received, or non-human-caused damage, we will cover the international return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
For returns due to non-quality-related reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, incorrect size or color selection, or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the international return shipping cost. In these cases, we do not provide a return shipping label, and the item must be returned by the customer.
